I highly recommend PC Pros! I had a strange wifi problem with my 4 year old laptop, andI was about ready to give up on and buy a new one. But, no, Frank would not give up on it, confident they would solve the problem, went the extra mile and figured it out! I love it the repair was only $99 the customer service was awesome they were quick and efficient they told me what was wrong. They help me out because I don't really know all computer stuff and they help me so you should definitely go here if you need help with your PC

I had an issue with my PC that I was at my wits end trying to fix. I brought it to these guys and they worked with me very closely to try and fix it, which they eventually did! Had no issues with them and everything was 100% transparent. I'll definitely get ahold of them again if I have any other PC issues.

I went there to get my PC repaired. They were super nice and very helpful reasonable price and quick and efficient
Walked in the door and I was greeted by the best customer service representative. He then proceeded to sniff me and ask for scratches, which I was happy to provide. The Labradoodle was adorable. That aside, I went their to have my GPU cleaned, they did it in a little under an hour. When I got home I ran thermal stress tests on my GPU, and it's capping out at 71c, where as before the cleaning it was getting up to 83c during tests. Job well done.
Walked in with a few minor repairs and was in and out in 10-15mins with all of my concerns addressed. Very friendly and personable. Went above and beyond in helping resolve our issues. I highly recommend this business for any and all of your pc needs and services.

Great company! I actually got a person on the phone who was friendly and answered all of my questions. No appointment was needed. I was greeted by their friendly mascot, Cooper, and staff. 🙂 My not so friendly cat had spilled tea on my laptop making the keys sticky and unusable. They were honest with cost and speedy with the repair (Done in a day and a half). I am hoping to not have to come back but will gladly return if needed. Thanks so much!

PC Pros have been our go to IT company for the past 10 years. We have 15 computers, printers and monitors in our office and satellite offices that they have serviced over the years and again, they are very responsive and reliable. We have used them for setting up our new office years ago and for all of the issues we have experienced over the years. They respond very timely, and, in many cases, depending upon the issue, they have been at our office in less than an hour from the call-in time.
